You may wash and wear one pair from your order to evaluate fit and leak protection in real life.

If the fit is wrong

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the replacement size you need. We will send one replacement size at no cost. You do not need to return the washed pair.

If performance is not as described

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and describe the issue. You may choose a replacement or a full refund. We may ask for photos or details that help us investigate the product, but we will not require you to mail back a washed pair.

Unused items

Keep unused pairs sealed and in original condition. We will provide instructions if a return is needed. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damage or order errors

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can replace a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
