This Privacy Policy explains how Raise Vibrations Ventures LLC ("LeakFree", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, collects and uses personal information when you visit this website or buy from us.
What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you enter one, order details and the messages you send us.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, how you reached our website, and similar data collected through cookies, pixels and comparable tools.
How we use it
We use personal information to process and deliver your orders, handle returns and the Wear-It Guarantee, answer your messages, prevent fraud, keep the website working and secure, meet legal and tax obligations, send marketing emails if you signed up for them, and show, measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers that help us run the store. These include Shopify (store platform and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, our email service, customer support tools, and advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google. They may only use the information to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
Advertising partners. We share information about your visit and your purchases, such as pages and products viewed, items added to your cart and orders, with Meta and Google. They use it to show you our ads, to find people similar to our customers and to measure how our ads perform. You can opt out at any time, as explained below. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and pixels from Shopify, Meta and Google on every visit to run the store, remember your cart, understand how the website is used, and show and measure our ads. These partners may track your activity across other websites. You can opt out of advertising cookies at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, with a Global Privacy Control signal, or by emailing us. You can also block cookies in your browser.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Our website treats a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser. We do not respond to other Do Not Track signals, because there is no common standard for them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons, generally seven years. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, give you a copy, correct it or delete it. You can also opt out of targeted advertising and marketing emails. Depending on your state, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and others, you may have these rights by law. You can appeal if we decline a request.
To make a request, email evoke-repair-kept@duck.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm your identity using the email address and order details we have. You can use an authorized agent where the law allows it. We answer within 45 days and will not treat you differently for using your rights.

Marketing emails
If you sign up, we send you emails about new products and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop within 10 business days. We send text messages only if you have agreed to them separately.
Health information
LeakFree sells everyday underwear. We do not ask for health information and you never need to give us any. Please do not send us health details in emails or reviews. If you do, we use them only to answer you.
Children
Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
California notice
In the past 12 months we collected identifiers (such as name, email and address), commercial information (purchase history), internet activity (browsing on our website), approximate geolocation and inferences drawn from purchases. We collected them from you, your device and our service providers, for the purposes listed above. We disclosed identifiers, commercial information and internet activity to the service providers listed above for business purposes. We also disclosed identifiers, commercial information and internet activity to Meta and Google for cross-context behavioral advertising, which California law calls "sharing". We do not sell personal information for money. You can opt out of sharing through "Cookie preferences", with a Global Privacy Control signal or by emailing us.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. For important changes we will let you know on the website or by email.
