Shipping costs
Orders of $60 or more ship free. That covers the 5-Pack and the 10-Pack. Orders under $60 ship for $5.95.
Processing and delivery times
We process and ship your order within 3 to 4 days. Delivery then takes 5 to 11 days, so most orders arrive within 8 to 15 days of ordering.
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Plain packaging
Every order ships in a plain mailer. The outside does not show our name or what is inside.
If your order is delayed
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated here, we will email you before that time runs out. You will get a new shipping date and the choice to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel, we refund you within 7 business days.
Address errors
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at evoke-repair-kept@duck.com and we will fix it if the order has not shipped yet. We cannot redirect packages that are already on their way.
